Our rethinking of the workplace has proved that making space planning match management and organisational culture results in improved employee productivity and retention. By rethinking the workplace and creating intelligent solutions to unlock the value of office space MSA has helped to make sense of organisational structures, particularly those going through a process of change. By communicating change using narrative solutions such as the metaphor of open plan office as a village landscape we have explored potential with management and employees and created loyalty and a sense of ownership across the board.
